Slow Flow and Restore

Sunday afternoon is a time of transition between one week and the next. This class is a chance to breathe, move and release-to make space and renew. Movements will be slow, but connected to subtle, flowing sequences, with options to deepen or extend different shapes. Moving slowly with the breath in the first half of class helps create a rhythm and can enable further opening and relaxation in the latter longer held postures. The practice will close with an extended Savasana (full body rest), and the opportunity to receive mantra or singing chants to bring a sense of peace and deeper restoration to close.
